Residential Program
Dembure Personal Care Homes (DPCH) offers State Licensed Community Living Arrangements(CRA) that provide support, training, and supervision for individuals with intellectual developmental disabilities.
Residential support is provided in small group settings of four or less or in host home/life sharing arrangements and include a range of interventions with a particular focus on training and support in one or more of the following areas: eating and drinking, toileting, personal grooming and health care, dressing, communication, interpersonal relationships, mobility, home management, and use of leisure time.
DPCH utilizes a unique concept of "Self Help Motivation." With this plan, individuals are assisted and trained to increas self-esteem, dignity and intellectual growth.
DPCH strives to accomodate each resident's personal goals, needs and choices while prioritizing their health, safety and welfare.
In addition to receiving training and support, each resident has the advantage of receiving compassionate, caring and individual attention by our dedicated staff.
